
From page to stage, this brand refresh celebrates the developmental aspect of art.
For 20 years, Goodman Theatre has held their New Stages Festival, a celebration of new works by ambitious playwrights from across the country. I led the brand’s refresh to emphasize the beauty about works in their developmental stage.
I worked with a variable typeface to create custom title treatments for each production and chose a black and white approach with ink textures and red and yellow accent elements to pay homage to the marks made on scripts-in-progress.
